1.Early Arrival
One of the main reasons why travellers get into problems is because of arriving late or cutting the time short. So what you can do is to get to the airport at least an hour and half early for domestic flights and maybe even three hours early for international flights.
2. Take Morning Flights
Why? It is because many flight schedules reset in the early morning so if you are bound to fly in the early morning, there is a good chance it is the first flight of the day on that aircraft meaning there are no delays rolling over to affect your travel time. Bonus: These flights prove to be cheaper too.
3. Don’t Fly During Peak Hours
If it can be avoided, never fly during peak hours which is usually after nine in the morning until noon and again starts up again from around four to seven in the afternoon. Why? Because rush hours mean longer lines, more people waiting, less seats, and more crowds.
4. Taking Non-Stop Flights
Normally, a non-stop flight is expensive but in terms of the hassle and time spent, it may be well worth it in the end. If it is not possible to take one, you can at least book a connecting flight with plenty of time.
